What to do while you wait

1. Keep the doors shut.A closed room holds temperature far longer than one that is being opened to check on it.
2. Check the simple things.Is there power to the condensing unit and the controller? Has a breaker tripped? Is the controller showing an alarm? Do not open electrical panels.
3. Do not keep resetting a compressor that trips.Repeated restarts can turn a small fault into a failed compressor.
4. Move critical stockif the temperature is still rising and you have somewhere cold to put it.
5. Send us a photoof the controller display and any alarm codes on WhatsApp, so the engineer arrives with the right parts.

Fix it once

A repair is a good moment to ask why it failed. If the plant is undersized for Gulf ambient, the floor is heaving or the joints are icing, we will tell you, and price putting it right properly. Refurbish or replace?

Stop it happening again

Many breakdowns start as something a planned visit would have caught: a blocked coil, a worn seal, a drifting controller. A maintenance contract puts your response time in writing and keeps the plant from getting to that point.
